When register an account with the UP Studio software, the message has been sent to the specified email address, but the activation email has not been received, with no error showing.
1. Intercepted as spam
- Check the spam and restore the email
2. Software version problem
3. PC firewall settings
- Check your firewall settings
4. Some email suffixes have limitation (e.g. .org)
- Replace with commonly used email for registration (QQ, NetEase, 263, etc.)
