Initialization failed:no action when press initialize button-X5

After pressing the power switch, press the touch screen initialization button, but the machine does not initialize (no beep) (no abnormal sound), following troubleshooting steps for your reference,

1. Check if the touch screen crashes.

• Use UP Studio software to initialize, if the fault persists, check whether the mainboard and CPU are powered on; if not, replace the mainboard/CPU

  -Wear anti-static gloves when replacing the motherboard and CPU

• If the software can be initialized normally, re-calibrate the touch screen

2. Bad or damaged key contact

    Button FFC cable is broken

    Button FFC line plug connection short, broken

• Turn off the printer, remove the rear panel, take off the button panel and CFC-button cable and insert them into the PCB FFC cable adapter board for initialization test. If the initialization is normal, remove the right panel and check the button panel and button FFC cable. If the fault persists , check down

3.  PCB FFC adapter board damaged

• Turn off the printer and replace the PCB FFC line adapter board; If the fault persists, check down

4. Mainboard to FFC cable

• Turn off the printer, replace the motherboard to the FFC cable(20pin, rainbow line), if the fault persists, check down

5. Motherboard end socket is damaged/motherboard is broken

• Turn off the printer and replace the button FFC cable socket on the motherboard side
• Turn off the printer and replace the motherboard

6. CPU damaged

• Turn off the printer and replace the cpu
