Changing MINI2 Linear rail clip V2 on UP mini2/ES

Totally has 4pcs rail clip( this is UP mini2 rear door view)

1. Remove the Z-axis (Z1#, Z2#, Z3#) Linear rail clip: Use the Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the illustrated screws to remove the corresponding number of light bar brackets;

Note: (This is the front view of the UP mini2).

        2. Lift the platform assembly up along the Z-axis, use an Allen key to unscrew the 2pcs screws shown on the right, and gently lower the Z-axis motor .

Note: (This is the UP mini2 back door view)

        3. Removing the Z4# Linear rail: Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw shown on the right, you can remove the Z4# Linear rail. After the replacement, you need to re-install the Z axis motor according to the disassemble

Note: (This is the front view of the UP mini2).

Note:

1. Please pay attention to the view direction of the disassemblestep;
2. Please replace the Linear rail chipof a certain number according to actual needs;
3. After replacing any one of the Linear rail chip, it is necessary to re-do the nozzle height and platform adjustmentsetting for the machine;
4. The assembly process of all components is the opposite of disassemble. Please note that the Z-axis belt needs to be assembled in place.
