Load Filament

Take out the filament spool from filament station. 

Open the package, use a Pliers to clean cut the end with a sharp edge.

Insert the filament into filament guiding tube, insert the filament and the guiding tube into the machine through the hole in the back door.

Using LCD screen to extrude filament.

Click Initialise ->  Click Material -> Tab Name to change into another type of material -> Click Extrude. 

While its extruding check whether the small amount of filament pushing out of the nozzle or not.
