How to Replace Plastic Pulley with Wheel Assembly of UP300

After long-term using, some plastic spare parts may be broken, this article will guide you how to replace Plastic Pulley with Wheel Assembly for UP300.

Tools: forward and reverse ratchet screwdriver

 I. .Open the front door of the machine, use the forward and reverse ratchet screwdriver to remove the pulley bracket on the left side of the machine, and remove the pulley bracket by loosening the 2 screws marked in the figure.
    

II. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the pulley bracket on the right side of the machine and remove the pulley bracket by loosening the 2 screws marked in the figure.

III. Remove the broken pulley bracket for replacement and then perform a restoration installation. (Because the working space is small, it can be installed with 2 people, be careful not to drop the screw inside the machine.)

IV.Reverse precautions: Pull the Y-axis to the front and check if the gap between the bearing sleeve and the anti-collision sleeve is <0.5mm to prevent the wrong tooth. If there is, you can pull the large side of the gap forward.

V. On the right side of the machine, fix the door inspection line to the sheet metal part with acetic acid tape; note: the line should be above the sheet metal strip, and when the Y axis is moved to the front, the Y-axis FFC line will not touch the door inspection line.
