The Printers cannot connect with Window 10 system.

Many users ask about they can not connect their printers with Windows10 system computer, 

It possibly is a BUG after updated the system to windows10. a file folder under the catalog

C:\Users\XXXX(computer user name)\AppData\Roaming was missing. 

You can first check if the file folder Roaming is exsiting or not. 

If the folder was missing, You can creat the folder under the catalog to solve the problem and reinstall the UP Studio into your computer.
