How to activate the printer

    Tiertime, you are absolute rubbish.

    A new printer and STILL can't print. It says that it's not activated, when within my account it says that it is. I have contacted Customer Services and they send out the same generic email response with a list of instructions. It's probably about time I just returned the product and opted for something useable.
